Request a Hosted Event

Use this form to reserve church space for a shower, reunion, memorial, or similar gathering. Submitting a request does not guarantee the date until staff approve it. Church-led calendar events are added by staff from the admin dashboard.

Hosted Event Availability

Select your preferred venue, date, and time. Approved hosted events still reserve the full campus for that day, so other public requests cannot take the same date. Your start and end times help staff plan; they do not open the rest of the day for another booking.

Venue Guidelines

Leave the requested venue clean and return furniture to its original arrangement.
No alcohol is permitted on church property.
Decorations may not damage walls, ceilings, or fixtures. Remove all decorations after your event.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Booking approval does not include kitchen staff or setup help unless arranged separately.
The church reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings that conflict with church ministry needs.
